Thank you for taking the time to read the terms and conditions for the services I offer.
I also mainly set up this page to thank you so so much for booking my services. I can't wait to connect with you! It is a pleasure for me to share my gifts and time with you.

PAYMENT - Payment is due before service is given, in fact you can’t book a session on this website without paying at the same time. The prices displayed for any service is in CAD. I ask for payment in CAD or the equivalent in another currency.
MY INTENTION - My intention is to give you the best service I possibly can with my current abilities. My intention is to connect with you, inspire you, and guide you towards your own core essence. I intend to honor your time and energy passed with me. I thank you so much for paying me in order to do what I freaking love!!! It is my intention to be gentle with you at times, and give you unfiltered, no bullshit information when needed. I will always follow my intuition and your personal needs to best serve you. It is my intention to be a messenger for freedom and love, it is my intention to be a messenger encouraging respect for our body, other people, animals, plants, all living creatures and the planet we stand on. It is my intention while serving you to be completely judgement free of your personal journey. It is my intention to have an awesome, soul-soothing moment with you!!!
FOR SERVICES INCLUDING A FILE - Oftentimes I will send pictures of the tarot or oracle cards following a session with me if it’s an online session. You can expect your photos or file within 24 hours. Please note that this time frame is for indicative purposes only. Because my intuitive services aren't yet my main source of work, I give myself permission to email you if any delay may occur between the time you book, pay and the time you receive the file. If there is any delay, please know that this is so that I am able to give you the best service in my ability, not a rushed version of my service.
SKYPE OR IN PERSON SESSIONS - I don't refund if you don't show up at our scheduled appointment. If after 10-15 minutes you don’t show up, and there is no notice of cancellation, I will leave the space. Please email me in advance to cancel or reschedule.
The time we schedule together or the time I take to give you a service is sacred and I will always honor it with my full presence available. Before every session, I clear my energy and my space, I begin ceremony to feel your energy field with your sacred permission. The session is already into motion even if you don't feel it! So if you don't show up at the session, I can't share with you all the juicy informations that is waiting for you. After every reading, I clear my energy and yours.
PRIVACY POLICY - The only informations I collect and keep, such as your name, email and Skype ID, are collected in order to give you the service for which you have paid. I won't be sharing these informations with anyone else. Any information concerning your life which I receive during a session won't be shared with anyone else, it is my guaranty! Any information shared between provider (me!) and client, won't be shared on social medias or other platforms unless you as a client give me permission.
IF YOU MISS LIVE SESSION - If you have missed our live call (meaning you didn’t send a message in advance to cancel and then don’t show) and did not honor your part of the service asked, you will have the opportunity to schedule a second appointment for half the price.
If a client does not honor our live call, does not show up repetitively, I will give myself permission to refuse any further service.
REFUND/CANCELLATION
I have a 24-hour cancellation and refund policy only for my sessions. I will offer refund when you decide to cancel, for any reason, when request for refund is asked before and at least 24 hours in advance of the session.
The reason I don't offer refund in that case is that when I am booked on any given day, I will block that time in my calendar for you, won't plan any other event, other clients won't be able to schedule on the time slot you have chosen. The other reason why I don't allow refund when there is only 24 hours left (or less) for an appointment, is because I take my time seriously... but yours too! When a client pays in full for my services (and have no chance of refund), they will honor their part of the service, are more likely to show up to the live video call, are less likely to be flaky (which is a big bonus for me!! I get to connect with someone and do what I love!!).
Please understand that it is your responsibility as a client to remember our live video call, to download the file sent by email.

TO NOTE - I give myself permission to refuse giving a service to any client, on any given moment, to end all communication or live call. If you mistreat me in any way, are rude, if you harass me with emails, send me inappropriate information, I will cease all communication with you and refuse further service.
