◈ I have been fortunate enough to experience two sound baths given by Marie Jeanne. I had never experienced this type of healing before and imagined going in to the space for relaxation purposes. Although I felt this, I also experienced a real grounding and stillness and connection to my body and the earth. I felt heavy, as if I could fall through the floor and felt almost a state of hypnosis being led by the sounds she created. It was magical - I can still recall the feeling of release and calm despite it being weeks ago. ◈ I moved from salt spring island last May and can say that the thing I miss most is having access to MJ’s sound bath therapy. I have struggled with drug and alcohol addiction my whole life and twice as much after my mother passed away early. During the private sound baths I was able to go back in time and relive traumatic moments of my childhood. The experience was profound. MJ also sings and has a beautiful voice that helps one travel to other dimensions. I still to this day hear the vibrations as I feel she totally recalibrated something within my mind body and soul. For me accessing grief has always been difficult however with the healing vibes of MJ’s sound bath I was able to weep (every session) in such a powerful way I would have what I called “cry hangovers”. Furthermore MJ gave me home work and provided excellent guidance outside of the sounds in general.
